Every engagement begins with a short placement call. It is free, it is honest, and it is with a senior tutor. If a tutorial isn't the right fit for what you're carrying, we say so and (where we can) point you at what is.
The path from a note in the form to your first tutorial is short. Here is what to expect between now and then.
A tutor reads your note and replies with two or three suggested times for the 20-minute placement conversation. Usually the same day.
You describe the role, the team, and the specific problem. The tutor asks the questions that would matter, and recommends a tutorial and a format.
The tutorial calendar is scheduled, the pre-reading for session one is sent, and your first ninety-minute tutorial happens shortly after.
Between sessions you run the specific move on your own team. Each session opens with what happened before the next skill is introduced.
